As an educator for the past 16 years, I have been developing curricula for various school settings and educational organizations. I collaborated with True Connection, a nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment through SEL, art, and meditation to create HiEQ, which is specifically designed for high school teachers to integrate social-emotional learning into their classrooms.

Most recently, I also created SEL Foundations Online Course for the University of Massachusetts Global. This online course not only introduces the foundational tools and strategies within HiEQ, but also provides a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the five components of SEL.
